‘LOVIN THE LAKE’ CONTEST RULES – 2026
1. All employees of AMC Partners, Rice Lake, and related stations, and associated Major sponsors
(American Marine, Furnish 1-2-3/Mattress 1-2-3, Diamond Designs by Bodis, Six Lakes Realty) and all
their immediate family members are not eligible to win.
2. You must be 21 years or older to win this major contest prize of the promoted Pontoon Boat Package
and other prizes associated with this contest.
3. All winners must pay any and all taxes, if any, as the result of winning any contest.
4. Any person 21 or older is eligible to win any prize within the following guidelines:
- Any prize value of 0 to $1,000.00 in retail value – eligible every 30 days.
- Any prize value of $1,001.00 – $4,999.00 in retail value – eligible every 6 months.
- Any prize value of $5,000.00 or more in retail value – eligible every 18 months.
5. The Grand Prize winner will be required to show proper identification to take possession of this prize.
6. The winner must accept the prizes offered during this contest and cannot exchange such prizes for
cash or other merchandise unless specified by AMC Partners, Rice Lake, and American Marine.
7. Persons can qualify by registering at specified “Lovin’ the Lake; contest locations during
promoted contest events and at other designated registration locations. No purchase necessary to win.
Throughout the entire contest, there is a limit of one qualifier per household. Qualifiers will be drawn
from those registration locations. All qualifiers will be invited to attend the “Lovin’ the Lake Finals
Event; to be held on September 12th, 2026, at Fostbites in Chetek at the conclusion of the qualifying
element of the contest.
8. At the finals, once qualifier registration has closed, prizes will be rewarded as follows: First, prize
packages less than $600 will be drawn for and awarded. Next, the secondary prizes greater than $600 will
be drawn for and awarded. Once all secondary prizes are awarded, all names go back into the tumbler.
Then, 10 Finalists will be drawn from all registered qualifiers in attendance. In the order that they
qualified to be a Finalist, each Finalist will choose 1 of 10 keys and attempt to open the lock of the
“Lovin’ the Lake’ Grand Prize Chest”. The FIRST FINALIST’S KEY that opens the chest is the Grand
Prize Winner and will win the Grand Prize of the promoted Pontoon Boat, Motor & Trailer package from
Airtec Sports. Must be present to win.
9. All Qualifiers must register the day of the finals (Saturday, September 12 th 2026) at Fostbites Pub in
Chetek. Registration will be from 3:30pm to 5.00pm only. Qualifiers will be contacted by mail and must
bring the qualifier letter plus legal picture I.D. (Driver’s License) to the registration. A proxy can be sent
in your place with your permission, and must bring the qualifier letter as well as have a drivers license for
identification. Failure to arrive and registering by the deadline relinquishes qualifying status.
10. You must be a legal citizen of the United States and in possession of a valid Social Security number to
win any prize in this contest.
11. The Grand Prize winner will take possession of the Pontoon Boat, Motor & Trailer package after the
payment of all applicable taxes, title and registration fees. Must be present to win.
